WINE NOTES
Rich and opulent, this wine comes from a vineyard that uses no pesticides, herbicides and is farmed organically. The Monastrell grape (also called Mourvedre) is showcased here with no-oak after undergoing malolactic fermentation to soften the bold tannins. We use pheromone traps and actively release ladybugs in our organic vineyards to control insects (we even hid a small ladybug on our organic label).
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this wine proudly supports Autism Research.
