WINE NOTES
This Sauvignon Blanc from Yecla, Spain is made from very high-elevation vineyards (over 3000 Ft. above sea level). Harvested by hand, our wine maker developes a Sauvignon Blanc that is lighter in style, but has a good acidic backbone. This unique vineyard shows great promise in Spain and is sure to be a key to their success with international white varietals.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this wine proudly supports Autism Research.
