WINE NOTES

Capa Rota White is made from 100% Macabeo grapes, harvested at night, during the first week of September. In its vinification only the "free run juice" (juice from the initial / first pressing) was used and fermented with selected yeasts for three weeks at 15 degrees Celsius. The winemaking process was protected with inert gas to prevent any possibility of oxidation, thus ensuring fresh aromas!
