WINE NOTES
A mild summer with no rain provided steady ripening and produced fruit of excellent quality. Fermentation occurred in static fermenters on the skins for about 12 days before being pressed near the completion of fermentation. The wine was blended, fined, and clarified, then transferred to mature in American oak barriques for 12 months. It was fined and clarified again prior to bottling.
