WINE NOTES
A very hot summer led to an early harvest with reduced crop loads, and these drought conditions produced highly concentrated fruit. Fermentation occurred on the skins for about 12 days before pressing. The Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in French and American oak barriques, while the Merlot was stored in stainless steel tanks; the wine was then blended, clarified, and filtered.
