WINE NOTES
This was a late season with high yields, yet the season produced big red wines with firm tannins. Fermentation occurred on static fermenters on skins for approximately 12 days before being pressed near the completion of fermentation. After fermentation, each varietal was matured separately for seven months, then blended together for maturation in new French oak for two months. The wine was fined and filtered prior to bottling.
