WINE NOTES
The Yarra Valley is Victoria’s oldest vineyard area dating back to before 1837. A generally cool, wet climate is home to nearly 30 wineries, just north of Melbourne, Australia. Cool climate Chardonnay, Pinot and Sparkling wines are the specialty. Intentionally left on the lighter alcohol range at just over 12% this wine is packed with flavor and balanced acidity. Elegant like a white Burgundy with subtle flavors to impress the discerning palate.
