WINE NOTES
The Yarra Valley is Victoria’s oldest vineyard area dating back to before 1837. A generally cool, wet climate just north of Melbourne, Australia. Chardonnay is the Valley’s specialty and this wine comes from the Coldstream Hills in the heart of the Yarra. Elegant with subtle flavors to impress the discerning palate, the extended lees contact and barrel fermentation add great length & body to the palate.
