WINE NOTES
Grazioso literally is defined as a musical term by which you play the entire movement in a light, flowing, graceful style. For the second vintage of Grazioso, we moved to all Torrontes to show off the big floral aromas and fresh, yet complex tones typical to the pride of Argentina’s white wine fame. 100% organically grown grapes with no pesticides or herbicides used in the processing. The grapes undergo cold fermentation in stainless steel to ensure a strong acid structure.
REGIONAL DETAILS
Mendoza, Argentina is the home of South America’s most recognized wine region and Torrontes is the “Queen Grape” of Argentina with more hectares under production than any other single white grape varietal. This wine captures the essence of the warm days and cool nights in the Central Mendoza region where Bodegas VinEcol is committed to organic viticulture that utilizes science and advanced farming techniques for optimally ripe grapes.
