Marquee Artisan Wines

Compliance Manager Miranda Rice joined Marquee halfway through 2005. She is originally from Kentucky, but grew up in the wheat fields of Wichita, Kansas. Miranda is a proud alumnus of Wichita State University where she majored in Business Management. Throughout college, she worked as a server and bartender where she received her initial exposure to alcoholic beverages as an industry, as opposed to entertainment. Appreciation of drinking wine was born of "girls' nights in" where friends all brought bottles to share and a wine lover was born. She has thoroughly enjoyed working for Marquee as her exposure and knowledge of wine has increased dramatically. At Marquee, Miranda handles the regulatory and compliance work. She looks forward to helping the business grow and is excited about the promising future of a thriving company. Miranda lives in historic Weston, MO with her husband Jared and their chocolate labs, Rigley and Finn.
