Santé is proud to announce the debut of its one-of-a-kind professional development conference, the Santé Restaurant Symposium, slated to take place May 7 to 10, 2006, at the Equinox Resort & Spa in Manchester, Vermont. This three-day event is designed exclusively for restaurant professionals in the upscale-to-fine-dining industry segment. The symposium will feature over 60 unique seminars, tastings, demonstrations, and panel discussions on topics vital to opening, growing, and maintaining a successful restaurant venture. Seminars will be presented by some of the most highly respected and highly successful individuals in the industry, including many Santé contributors.
