Old Hands Organic, which is 100-percent Monastrell, is an intense, dark-purple wine with great structure, and its smooth, cool finish bellies its 14-percent alcohol content. Priced well under $15 a bottle, it is one of the softest, most complex wines you will find with the organic sobriquet.
