Caligiore is dedicated to creating highly concentrated wines, where the personality of the grapes and the land are expressed intensely through the secondary and primary aromas, elegance and delicate body. Not aged in wood, Caligiore wines are given a long periods of soaking, more than 20 days, to impart a signature character and their smoky sensations, of coffee and dried fruit. Let the "old vines" show and you will be impressed!
Created naturally in an organic methodology these wines are well paired with strong foods and spicy sauces.
