The Winery

Manually harvested and "hand picked" into small boxes, Caligiore has a milling capacity of 1500 kg/h, bunch selection on its annual production varies. Small, yet intense, lots of fruit are therefore selected and set aside for each of the premium wines, a treat for the price and quality.

Located in the heart of the Cayanta farm, Mendoza, in a zone of great wine production during the last decade, the winery is state-of-the-art and has the capacity to store 40,000 liters in stainless steel tanks, with the latest equipment, adapted for high quality production, but on a small scale. Volumes and capacities will increase each year as Caligiore continues to grow and succeed.

Caligiore Wines only processes organic grapes! Not a question, but a statement.

The "organic integrity" of all the processes, the wines themselves, and all work inside of the winery are absolutely guaranteed. This use of pure fruit and caretaking allows for a natural expression with each wine, an achieved objective pursued in designing the wines.
