Backsberg has become the first wine producer in South Africa and one of only three in the world to gain Carbon Neutral status by sequestrating its carbon emissions. However, the Back family has a history in South Africa that dates back to the beginning of the last century.

CALIGIORE ORGANIC VINEYARDS

The Caligiore family has been working their 17‐acre Finca La Marolina in Mendoza's Lujan de Cuyo district since 1969. In 2000 the family added the 35 acre Finca Cayanta vineyard and established a new organic winery and winemaking practice in all of its holdings. Each wine shows an expression of the land it's from and the words Caligiore lives by... "The soul of the land turns into wine!"

CASTELLO DI GABIANO

"Four lions, one for strength, one for courage, one for honor, and one for loyalty." Directly from the heart of Italy we offer three selections, a white, red wine and a light red. All wines produced are of a DOC+ status and Gabiano itself covers one of the oldest and smallest DOC's in all of Italy. The estate itself covers over 260 Hectares of which 20 Hectares are currently planted as vineyards. All of the Quattro Leoni wines are hand-picked, estate-grown wines from the Gabiano vineyards.

LOS ALJIBES WINERY

Los Aljibes is focused on creating functional, modern wines of high expression and was designed for this purpose in an architectural complex of refined culture. Los Aljibes Winery is part of Los Aljibes estate, located in Chinchilla de Montearagon, province of Albacete, Spain, in the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla wine producing region. The winery building is surrounded by 178 hectares of vineyards, cultivated at almost one thousand meters above sea level.

SENSI WINES OF PORTUGAL

SensiWines of Portugal represents several small vineyards and farms that distribute amazing traditional wines. Recent studies have shown that the biodiversity inherent to traditional vineyards actually produces healthier fruit with less use of pesticides and fertilizers than modern vineyards.

Silver Wings Vineyard

In pursuit of winemaker Keith Brien's passion for crafting long-lived Single Estate wine, he established his own label ‘Silver Wings Wines’ highlighting a wine of Mourvedre and Shiraz fruit grown on 50-year-old vines in the Shepparton region of Central Victoria.

Wines & Winemakers by Saven is made up of a conglomerate of winemakers that specialize in certain regions of Portugal. Head wine maker, Anselmo Mendes, specializes in whites from the northeastern region of Portugal called Vinho Verde. Enjoy the delicious Clemen Vinho Verde from Quinta Das Touquinheiras it will make you understand what great Portuguese white wines are all about.
