Located in the famous Rapel Valley, the Correa family produce their wines on their own facilities and vineyards, with sustainable farming methods. They have 5 generations of wine making in the family, and more than 100 years experience.

Their mission: To fulfill a sustainability role in social terms with the families of the company, workers and their community; plus an strong preservation of everything related to the natural and wild environment, through the use of agricultural practices and winemaking that go in harmony with the natural life.

CLASSIC

RESERVE

CLASSIC SAUVIGNON BLANC – (D.O. Central Valley, Chile)

Available Vintages: 2019

BLEND / COLOR: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

PALATE/BOUQUET: Pale yellow color with greenish notes. Citrus and acidity is prolonged. The palate is dry, with a medium acidity. Soft mineral notes product of the mixture that includes terroirs of Maule cordillera. An ideal pairing for fresh fish and sunny summer evenings, appetizers, salmon carpaccio and salads with white cheese.

WINE DETAILS: 13.0% Alcohol by Vol.

WINEMAKING: – Alcoholic fermentation between 14 ° to 15 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and stabilized at low temperatures, as long as necessary.


CLASSIC CHARDONNAY – (D.O. Central Valley, Chile)

Available Vintages: 2019

BLEND / COLOR: 100% Chardonnay

PALATE/BOUQUET: Golden yellow color. On nose the notes of tropic fruits stand out, like pineapple and mango, plus an interesting touch of fresh apple. The palate is soft, yet has body. Acidity is very low, a wine that is recommended to drink cold on spring evenings. Salmon, pork or grilled poultry are faithful companions of this Chardonnay.

WINE DETAILS: 13.0% Alcohol by Vol.

WINEMAKING: – Alcoholic fermentation between 14 ° to 15 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and stabilized at low temperatures, as long as necessary.


CLASSIC CARMENERE – (D.O. Central Valley, Chile)

Available Vintages: 2018

BLEND / COLOR: 100% Carménère

PALATE/BOUQUET: Soft floral aromas and herbal tones, red fruits and vanilla on the palate. The acidity is marked but delicate, firm tannins and a medium finish. Pair with Asian foods (Thai or Chinese), Empanadas and meals with spices or high flavoring level.

WINE DETAILS: 13.0% Alcohol by Vol.

WINEMAKING: – Alcoholic fermentation between 27° to 29°, to obtain better color and structure. It is completed and complemented with malolactic fermentation. Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and stabilized at low temperatures, as long as necessary.


RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON – (D.O. Rapel Valley, Chile)

Available Vintages: 2018

BLEND / COLOR: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

PALATE/BOUQUET: Soft aromas of wild flowers, raspberry and strawberries, with a finish of soft plum. A wine with a round flavor, soft, delicate tannins, and a good acidity and balanced finish. Our Reserve Line is characterized by the predominance of fruit on wood, which is more present, the ideal is an easy wine to drink and enjoy. Pair with grilled red meats with medium fat and blue or brie cheese.

WINE DETAILS: 13.5% Alcohol by Vol.

WINEMAKING: -Alcoholic fermentation between 27° to 29°, to obtain better color and structure. It is completed and complemented with malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 6 to 8 months in French Oak barrels from 2nd to 4th use.


GRAN RESERVA CARMENERE – (D.O. Rapel Valley, Chile)

Available Vintages: 2017

BLEND / COLOR: 100% Carménère

PALATE/BOUQUET: A minty nose, spices and an intensified black pepper note. The acidity is highly balanced, its tannins are omnipresent and the finish is long and slow.

WINE DETAILS: 13.5% Alcohol by Vol.

WINEMAKING: -Alcoholic fermentation between 27° to 29°, to obtain better color and structure. It is completed and complemented with malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 to 14 months in French Oak barrels of 1st to 3rd use. Decant for 15 minutes if possible.
